Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply to international orders.
Return & Refund Conditions
Our 30-day return guarantee applies only to eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
