Return Shipping Costs

- The wrong item was received

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must still be unused and in original packaging.
